Activity on “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”
Date of the event: 6th April, 2023.
Objectives:

A step towards providing knowledge to rural students and introducing
them with new technologies.
·
Providing students the trace of entrepreneurship
and innovation.
·
They should learn how to establish a business with
a fresh idea and how to implement it in today’s marketing.
· A great initiative towards developing
careers as entreprenuers.
About the event:
·
Department of Information Technology and CS
(Data Science) organized an activity under Institution’s Innovation Council
(IIC), “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”, on 6th April, 2023
at Fetri Vidyalaya, Fetri.
·
It was a social event organized for students
of the school to acknowledge them about innovation and entrepreneurship.
·
The Prof. Rohan Kokate, Prof. Chetan Padole
and students of our college reached the school at 10 am at the venue to arrange
the setup of the event.
·
The Department students prepared a power
point presentation on innovation and entrepreneurship which covered all the
basic and essential points.
·
The presentation started at 11:00 am and by
the end of the session there was a QnA session where students asked some
questions regarding entrepreneurship.
·
This activity was conducted under the banner
of IIC, in accordance with the instructions of Dr. Namrata Pradnyakar (Dean
Student, IIC).
This session was attended by the
students of Fetri Vidyalaya, Fetri.

The
outcome of the event:
· The Department of Information
Technology successfully organized the event under the banner of IIC Institution’s Innovation Council.
· Students were able to understand
that social media can affect our life if we do not keep a boundary.
· Students
learnt a lot about entrepreneurship and innovation.
· They
understood the importance of entrepreneurship and how they can start their own
start-up.
· This event
was a great initiative towards the development of rural students by educating
them with the leading domains and trends.
